We took the dash out to replace the evaporator core and we put everything back the way we took it out and now the left headlight and left blinker and the left rear running light do not work anymore?

There is a ground G203 at the left side of the dash kick panel, I would check this first. If that is okay let's check the fuses, this guide can help:

I checked the plug that goes to the lights, and I am not getting any power to the left side lights and the right side has power.

Okay, when you did the job did you remove the BCM? I would try checking the plugs. Also, let's try resetting the computers by following this guide:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/step-by-step-guide-performing-a-hard-system-reboot-for-your-vehicles-electronics-systems

If this doesn't work, we need to run the codes by doing a CAN scan. You can get a CAN scanner (Controller Area Network) which will work on most cars from Amazon.

Here is a video to show you how:

Ken L, I just put it in the shop, and they found that the fuse in the #3 spot on the fuse panel in the dash was missing but it is fixed now. Thanks for the advice.
