Computer reset?

Car well-tuned, operates well. I had to let it sit for 10 days. Battery went low. Recharged by driving. Now interior lights do not go on, door unlock does not activate. Manual describes reset of computer (Driver Information Center - P. 2-80-87). But not able to get all options to work for door unlock and int lights. Your ideas?

It sounds like you had a voltage surge when you jumped the battery to get it going, I would start by checking the fuses. This guide should help you:
