At first, my driver's side headlight, turn signals (front and back) and dash display for left turn did not click or light up and taillight did not light up, all on drivers' side. Hazards would click and light up only the right side, nothing on the left. Checked fuses, both under hood and inside panel, nothing bad found. Replaced the hazard/turn relay under panel above in dash fuse box and now the driver's headlight and taillights work, and turn signal on the back. Left turn signal now indicates on dash, and left turn bulb illuminates, but does not flash. Any ideas what to test next (I have a multimeter, but not skilled at using it) or what is worth replacing next?

You may have a defective hazard/turn relay because that is what feeds the blinkers, but I would check the fuse# 7 and #21 in the fuse panel under the dash. Here is the location of the flasher and fuses so we can be on the same page. Also, this guide may help:

Here is the blinker wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works. Check out the images (below). Let us know how it goes.

Replaced relay yesterday, seemed to improve some issues (turn signal on dash, tail light and blinker, left turn signal lighting up but not flashing). Swapped back to original relay and the problems are the exact same with that one, so either 2 defective or something else? Replaced fuse 7 and 21 under dash, only change was as I put a fuse in 21, the “key in ignition and door open” alarm for about 5 dings then stopped. Happens every time I freshly insert fuse, but not any other time conditions are met.

Okay, can I ask if both front and rear bulbs on the left side are lighting up even though they are not blinking? Also are the bulbs bright when on? As you can see by the wiring diagrams there is a MICU that supplies power to the hazard/turn signal flasher that can be bad. Does fuse #21 pop after you install it? Here is how to replace the MICU which is inside the under-dash fuse panel in case you need it. Check out the images (below). Please upload pictures or videos in your response of any problems so we can see what to help you with.

Rear left lights up and blinks when it is supposed to. Front left lights up only when headlights are on and left blinker or hazard button are pressed but does not blink. Fuse 21 doesn’t pop, the original fuse was still good, I replaced it with a new one to test, but both fuses are still fine. Thank you for MICU info, I will see if I can follow... Hopefully! Thanks for your help, I will post pics if I have further questions (or have success).
