left rear passenger lock

When i use the remote control to lock or unlock the doors all the lock work and go up and down except the left rear passenger lock. I have to manuelly pull up or push down to operate. I have even switched the child safetey switch in both directions. What might be wrong?

lock actuator sounds like it has failed.
