Welcome to 2CarPros. Anything is possible, however this conversion causes a lot of issues in modern vehicles. First the LEDs take less power to operate, this is a good thing except it causes the BCM to think the bulbs are blown. So you add in resistors to bring the amperage used up to the same level as the original bulbs. This tricks the BCM into thinking that you are still using the OEM bulbs while making the LEDs power saving ability useless. Plus many of the LEDs generate electrical noise in the system which can cause issues in the data buss systems.
If they had LEDs from the factory as an option you might be able to convert to those, except you would need to be able to program the BCM so it knows you know have the OEM LEDs.
