I bought some LED headlights for my vehicle listed above. Now the fog lights will not turn on. I took out the LED headlights just to see if the fog light would come on. They did not. Should I put the halogen lights back in to see if the cause is the LED headlights?

Did you check if any fuses is blown?
Previously when using the fog lights, is it necessary to turn on the headlights or just the taillights?
Are the taillights working now?

I would bet that either a fuse blew or the switch burnt up. Check the fuses first. If you do not see a problem there, then pull the switch out and take a whiff of it and the wiring. If it smells like melted plastic, then it burnt up before a fuse blew (happens occasionally).
