I installed LED high-beam headlights with also run as my DRL. people keep flashing me is there a way to have them dim in the day?

Welcome to 2CarPros.
There is nothing to change the brightness. To dim them would require some sort of resister to reduce power to the bulb. However, then they would be dim all the time.

It is aimed to OEM spec.

If you think it is caused by how they are aimed, did you check it with a headlight aiming machine?

I thought mine was also too bright but then after 3 months, it became a little dimmer. I think if you have a new bulb then that is really the case.
