Replacement is the only good option. There are a lot of "miracle in a can" that claim to repair leaks like that but most of them do not mention that they plug the heater core, plug other passages in the radiator and can cause sensor issues if they build up on the sensors as well.
Repairing the current radiator would be an option if it was not cheap plastic and aluminum. Back when they were copper and brass you could take them apart and repair them. With the crimped ones in use today, by the time you get it apart and replace the bad tank and crimp it back together if it does not leak you are doing good, but you also just spent as much as a new replacement.
