fluid light comes on I put in coolant light goes off within a short time it is empty again. reservor is empty light is on

Do you happen to see any type of leak? Is it dripping anywhere on the ground or just disappearing? Hope this helps and thanks for using 2CarPros. A cooling system pressure test can show the location of a leak.If you don't have access to one your local auto parts have a tool loaner program and will rent you one. I have attached a tutorial showing what is involved.
