Just to confirm what you are dealing with. You are leaking coolant inside the vehicle from the heater box and the lines and heater core are not the issue?

If this is the case, we need to pressurize the coolant system and access the box under the dash by removing the blower motor and try ti find the source of the leak. You can also use a borescope if needed. However, the most common failure is a line or heater core for a leak inside the vehicle but if they are not the cause, we need to find the access point to the inside so that we can see what other possible causes are.

It's not coming from inside truck it's coming from under hood, but it takes 45 minutes or so to start leaking.

We did a pressure test like I said it looks like it is coming from the heater fan housing from under the hood at the seam.
