You might want to double check the hose clamps used to put the radiator hose on. Sometimes you can get these clamps tight, especially the worm gear type, only to have them back off a little. And with radiator hose clamps, a little is all that it takes for a coolant leak to occur.
Since you replaced the passenger side hose, it might also be a good idea to replace the driver's side hose as well. When things that go together like an upper and lower radiator hoses, spark plugs, tires, brakes, etc., things that are used in multiples on a car, it is usually best to replace the set.
