What is the part called that the heater hose hooks to and coolant sensor goes in? It sits on top of thermostat housing.

Can you post a picture of it? That way I can help you find one.

Are those factory part numbers in the diagram? If so what is the part number of the part your looking for? It is hard to read the diagram.

Different Guy
and
A nicer looking one at that! Lol!
I've spent about an hour looking for the part
No Luck thus far
Not knowing the thread types and sizes for the sender and the housing the pic was vague
I did pull up several Google searches and hit "Images"
You reckon another application might screw in and even if it's shaped differently just might work?
Here's one example
https://www.google.com/search?q=F452-18599-A&espv=2&biw=1366&bih=643&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwjyxNzgpdXNAhWDKCYKHQqZBSwQ_AUIBigB#tbm=isch&q=Ford+part+number+F452-18599-A&imgrc=e_yX_Y0vb1UPeM%3A
The only other option I can add would be to hit an auto salvage yard.
