It just started smoking from tailpipe and hood. The gauge is on high. Put antifreeze in it and came right out.

Unfortunately when white smoke comes from the tail pipe along with overheating it's a sign of a blown head gasket. Proper repair will require removal of the cylinder head and having it inspected for cracks along with replacement of the head gasket. With the high mileage of the vehicle my suggestion would be installing a used engine from a salvage vehicle.
