When I start and run my car it will slowly start to leak near the passenger side onto the exhaust manifold causing a burning smell and a small amount of white smoke. It is leaking just below the valve cover.

It only leaks when running and drips slowly but it burns quite a bit.

Most likely it's it's a valve cover gasket. Those are fairly easy and straightforward to replace. Just be careful and mark every wire and hose you have to disconnect and be sure to clean the top of the head and the cover thoroughly before putting the new gasket on.
