Leak coming from somewhere

I recently started hearing a hissing or leaking noise so I opened the hood and saw a hose that looked similar to where the sound was coming from. Upon inspection I saw that it looked kind of worn poured a bit of water over it and it bubbled over that spot. I attached a picture and I am wondering which hose this is and how much estimate to replace ? Thanks a lot!

P. S as far as the pictures go it is the black rubber hose connected to the cylinder.

I am having a hard time telling exactly what that hose is, but it looks like it is just a breather hose, not under pressure or anything. You should be able to take it to the auto parts store and match up a length of plain vacuum line hose for it for a few dollars. Take it home, wait for the engine to cool, and then change it out.

Your instinct is probably correct, as you should not be getting air bubbles coming out of it. You might also inspect other similar hoses around the engine, as there are probably more hoses in similar condition.
