Coolant Leak coming from the front of my engine

It kind of looks like oil, but it is really grimy and gunky, when it is parked on concrete there is never any puddles. It looks like it is coming from the water pump and goes down on the rest of the engine.

In the diagrams down below I have included the instructions for the removal and installation of your vehicle's water pump and the front cover to coolant pipe seal. Please go through these guides and get back to us with what you are able to find out.
