Will not start, 4LO and check lights are on

Vehicle listed above is a Prado. The car did not start as and check lights are on. I change the battery to new one still no change. Though this had happened before, and we did scan but reported no error or code. We then decided to check the earthing/ground of the car still no change. The car was left for a period of about a week and then crank the car and it worked until after it was parked for about 1.5 months and the same issue occur again. Your advice please.

First, please understand this vehicle isn't offered in the US, but I will try my best to help.

When you say it won't start, do you mean the starter motor doesn't engage, or does it turn the engine, but the engine fails to start? I need to know that.
