Is there a specifc way of replacing the old transmission fluid for my 04 RR-HSE? Its a 4.4 Eng and I recently called the dealership and they said it must be done every 10 years, or 100, 000 miles.

But since I recently replaced everything else and my vehicle is at 85,000k, I figure I do it now. I did everything needed, except the actual transmission fluid. What are the proper steps to replace the ATF, filter, and gasket?

Thanks
