2004 Range Rover p0691 fault code

Hi,

I am trying to find the solution to this - I have V8 l322 2004 petrol and have a fault found p0691 which is fan 1 control circuit low how do I fix this fault as the fan is not running , do i need to replace the entire front fan assembly or should i be checking somewhere else first? I have checked all relevant fuses but all seem fine any advise would be great ..

i did a bit of research on this one awhile ago and came up with a fan relay fault, check this out.
