1999 Range Rover - Heater not working?

Turned heater on max does not work. Light on panel says see manual. Manual said ck fuses there ok What could be the problem??? Also my service light is on.old owner said he just got it serviced?? So far everything is working well on my Range rover.

start by having the vehicle plugged into a diagnostic computer to retrieve the fault codes

I would wait until the engine is cold and then open the radiator to see if you are low on coolant, this is the number 1 reason for the heater not to work, also please go over this video and guide to help you see what's going on.
