Heater problem
1996 Range Rover V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic

In the winter we tried to drive our truck but was unable to because the heater does not work. In the summer the air does not work. The heater unit does not work at all can you tell me what to do? Also how many blowers are in the 1996 range rover?
Thank-you!

DESCRIPTION
Automatic climate control A/C-heating system consists of 4 major components: evaporator, compressor, condenser, and receiver-drier. All components are connected by preformed aluminum and flexible refrigerant lines.
With AUTO button depressed, all heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems are automatically controlled utilizing signals from ambient and in-car temperature sensors, along with solar sensor. Information from these sensors is transmitted to A/C-heater control panel Electronic Control Unit (ECU) which adjusts temperature and fan speed settings.
