Also, For the ac and heater the fan will shut off after 10 mins or so and turn itself back on after about 30 seconds. I dont think the two issues are related. Any idea's?

When the vehicle warms the heater is hot for only about 5 mins then slowly turns cold.
Also, For the ac and heater the fan will shut off after 10 mins or so and turn itself back on after about 30 seconds. I dont think the two issues are related. Any idea's?
