1995 Other Rover Models engine swapping

help!!!!!!i have a 1995 land rover discovery with 3.9 ltr engine,with bad engine. i have a donor, a 1997 land rover discovery with 4.0engine. car is complete with evrything, but bad frame. planning to just swap engine and trans to the 1995. any problem i should be aware about before i do this?

If you posted correctly, the different engine sizes may be a concern. The wire harnesses may be different. The computer controls will probably be different because of operating strategies. Also the trans may be geared differently to the differential. All of these should be examined before considering the swap. You may be in for a bigger headache than you think.
