freelander error codes

My name is Dima. My freelander's check engine light is on. Sometimes engine stops working while the car moving or stopped. There are two codes p1473, p1155. Could you tell me what is the meaning of those codes? Can these cause stopping the engine? How to fix these problems? I live in Georgia ( Caucasus ) and we have no a dealer here. Thanks for your help.
