2002 Land Rover Freelander blinkers won't work

Hi, all
I check all the bulbs and fuse they all ok. then i replace the flasher and turn signal switch the same problem won't blink. then i check the emergency signal and all them are blinking front and back.what would be the problem..

replace the Flasher Unit In passenger compartment fuse box.
