The blinker won't work even though all the bulb are all fine and then I try to change the flasher that didn't work either. So I check the emergency light and there all blinking is this a turn signal combination switch problem?

thanks.

First check fuse for the signal circuit, if fuse, bulbs and flasher is OK then most likely is faulty signal switch but before replacing switch make certain wiring to switch is good.

I check all the bulbs and nothing is busted, one more thing I forgot to mention is that when u turn the signal left & right it makes noise to the flasher that leads me to change the flasher but same problem. By the way what makes that noise in the flasher?

Thanks for your time and effort.

A relay is an open switch with a magnet attached to one of the terminals and a coil sitting nearby. When a current is run through the terminal, it makes a magnetic field, which pulls on the magnet and closes the switch. In a larger relay, this makes an audible click, which is why you hear the clicking on and off of the circuit with the signal on. Seems like your relay is working fine, best bet would be faulty signal switch.
