2001 Land Rover Freelander mil light on

hi, got a 2001 v6 freelander, runs terrible,seems to pop back thro inlet, mil light on, code po151, 02 sensor low voltage bank 2 sensor 1.
could somebody please point me in direction of this sensor, and is it likely to be a straight forward replacement unit to correct fault.

check the wiring and connector for the sensor !
