Four cylinder four wheel drive manual 136,000 miles.

Hi, i have noticed that there is a glug, glug rubbing noise coming from under the rear of the car, differential was found to be leaking, so i repaired this. but, i keep hearing noises from the back whenever i turn right usually. it is not the wheel bearing, they have been checked. i have however noticed the prop is raising and hitting of the under body of my car. please help!

Check for wear/damage.
