I have an 04 land rover discovery 2... First I notice smell of coolant when I start the car. So I checked the engine and notice pink stuff on top of the engine below the intake. There are 2 hoses connecting to where the intake goes in and both shows crusty pink stuff and guessing it drip down the engine. My coolant was low (cold) so I will fill that up right away. I checked the oil and it looks normal...There is no smoke coming out of the tailpipe. I had my headgasket done in 2008 (under warranty) They also change plugs, wires. Although my coolant is low it doesn't seem to drain at all. Also when I rev the engine I hear water running when I'm inside the vehicle. Any advise before I take it to a shop?
