2004 Land Rover Discovery 2 Car vibrates and shakes

Hello,

Recently my rover started to vibrate and shake out of nowhere when I get to speeds around 50 mph. I never had symptoms of this and it started out of the blue.

check the wheels for balance, check tyres for a deformity, check the rubber tail shaft spyder joint is sound as well, start here.
