Service Engine Soon light is coming on and it blinks. When I press on the gas, the car starts to vibrate and the service engine soon light starts to blink. I had the spark plugs and wires change. I have also had the head re-work. The car acts like it is hard to pull up a hill.

Have the computer scanned for code/s-you have a problem within the engine management system that caused the CEL to turn on-This is your starting point of diagnosis, finding out what's going on.
