My Land Rovers security system has locked me out. It won't let the engine start. I unlocked the car with the key one day and the alarm went off and now won't dis-arm. I've had it in the shop at a local place for 2 weeks now and nothing. They say they've got it down to a problem with the Main comp. or the security comp. and they're looking at the wiring between them. Now they're saying they can't check the wiring because the colors are all the same on the security comp. Any ideas or maybe suggestions on what I should do next or ask/say to them. Thanks

have the vehicle plugged into a landrover diagnostic computer to reset the immo system .. you can also get a 4 digit bypass code from a dealer using your VIN # .. which you input using drivers door lock !!
