1998 Land Rover Discovery Four Wheel Drive Automatic

My Land Rover is leaking antifreeze horribly but the reservoir is full what could this problem possibly be and would it be safe to drive it somewhere to have it checked out?

i would have the vehicle towed to a repair centre ... to be safe side !!
