1994 Land Rover Discovery electric window

Hi, my passenger electric window has suddenly stopped working, but the other 3 windows still work. i have asked around and it could be the scissor mechanism thats slightly out. Could this be right or is there another explanation? thanks

check/replace the window regulator (scissor mech)
