horn is not honking

Electrical problem
1993 Land Rover Four Wheel Drive Manual

My discovery has developed a fault with: horn not working
lights not working
radio not working
clock not working
hazard flashers not working

I have checked the fuses, they are fine> May be female but normally quite good with cars, this has confused me though! Could you offer any answers please? Thank you.
