1991 Land Rover Discovery electrical problem

when ignition switch at position II or III, i heared several clicks from a relay. Battery is OK. Even if you put on the light , light hazard, .. etc , same clicks coming.
pls give me help...

jump start vehicle .. charge/replace battery
