Lack of power

Hi, my car is having problems with lack of power once being driven for five to ten minutes also having trouble getting up any hills. Also, the engine judders whilst standing still. Both ignition coils have been changed but does not seem to help, any ideas?

I would check your catalytic converter. It could be plugged with catalyst material.
