Code P0326, Knocking tick more sound slapping?

Get p0326 code for knock sensor and it went off while noise was still there came back high RPMs uphill started shake more never lost power went limp mode is it a rod knock or the sensor I can't tell.

Thanks for the video, it helps. The noise you are hearing is a cam follower that has gone bad, you will need to remove the valve cover and inspect the valve train. What happens is that the roller bearings inside one of the followers has come apart. Use a flashlight to help with the inspection, make sure to turn the engine over by hand to check the followers under tension form the cam lobe.

And this is the slower noise or the rapid ticking I'm trying find out the chk chk chk chk chk not quick ticks.

Correct, this sounds like a camshaft follower, this is why the engine has a rough idle as well.
