I drove my vehicle without power steering for 4 months and recently got it fixed. About after a week my vehicle started to make a knocking sound and it is starting to get louder. I can feel the knocking through the floor board of my vehicle

Yep, it sounds like one or more of the bolts that hold the engine cradle to the car or the steering rack mounting bolts themselves are loose or missing, I would have it looked at and stop driving the car or it could have a mechanical failure.
