Knocking or vibrating when the transmission is shifted into gear

When I put the car in reverse it vibrates the car. When the car is in drive no issues and runs smooth. I thought it needed a transmission flush and fuel flush which I did but, it is still doing it and the engine light has now came one.

I am sorry for the delay. We need to start with checking the codes. I suspect that will help us figure this out but based on this info the most likely cause of this is a valve body issue but there are a number of other things that could cause this.

This could be a vacuum leak, torque converter issue, and a number of others as well. So it is important that we start with the codes and find out what they are and go from there.
