I turn to the right it makes a loud knocking noise?

Hi, I changed my CV axel and left the car sitting without putting the front passenger side wheel and everything back together for about a year. Well, I finally decided to put it back together and now every time I turn to the right it makes a loud knocking noise under that side. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

I would double check the wheel lugs to make sure they are tight and if so, I would replace the right-side CV axle. Here is how to change the part out and I found a video that can help as well.
