Knock sensor check engine light, clearing codes?

Replaces knock sensor, I pulled ECM fuse in engine car starts with no check engine light on and I can drive it. Only when the car restarts the check engine light is on. Does this mean a stored code comes up again? Any info would help.

You cannot clear codes by pulling the fuse, please watch this video on how to clear your codes:
