We replaced the rocker arms and lifters changed oil and filter it still has knock in the top end but drives fine. The codes that come up are P0405 P1516 and P2101, what else could be the problem?

It sounds like you may have carbon on top of a piston which is common, if you upload a short video of the noise I can tell for sure. Please go over this guide

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/understanding-and-repairing-engine-knocking-noise-an-in-depth-guide

P0405 - Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) Sensor A Circuit Low:

P1516 - Throttle Actuator Control (TAC) Module Throttle Actuator Position

P2101 - Throttle Actuator Control Motor Circuit Range/Performance:

None of these codes will create an engine knocking sound. Please upload pictures or videos of the problem so we can see what's going on.

It looks like the spark plug wires could have been installed incorrectly. Can we please double check it?

You might have a head gasket blown between two cylinders, let's do a compression test to see what's going on.
