kicks or bucks when accelorating or decellorating

When driving at a constant speed the car bucks and when you accelerate it hesitates and bucks and then goes fine we ran all the smog lines and changed the fuel filter and pump, its a new carborater we checked spark plugs and wires we cleaned cap and rotor, its a new motor 10,000 miles ran fine before replaced carberator.

It sounds like either a fuel pressure problem, or ignition. Can you pull the fuel line to the carb and check volume and pressure?, if that's okay, I would try OEM plug wires, cap rotor and plugs.
