Codes P0133 and P0433?

It's that time of year again for emissions testing. My vehicle is throwing off two trouble codes with the check engine light on solid. The first code is P0133 and the second is P0433. Last year we replaced all O2 sensors, all catalytic converters, the purge valve and a new gas cap. The check engine light has remained on, but the codes keep changing, what needs to be replaced now?

Here are the codes definitions:

P0133: O2 Sensor Circuit Slow Response (Bank 1, Sensor 1)

P0433: Evaporative Emission System Purge Control Valve Circuit

These can both be caused by the purge control valve, here is the location so you can confirm this is the valve you replaced, and if so, remove it to see if the valve is closed by trying to blow through it. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
