Smells problem
2005 Kia Sportage 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic
Once the car heater has been on for 15 or so minutes a smell starts coming out the vent . It kind of smells like exhaust. (my husband says it smell like burnt gas) I can also smell it if I am not using the heater but it seems to take longer for the smell to start and is much weaker.
I just had the water pump and timing belt replaced towards the end of last year. I am not losing oil, but when I had an oil change, I was told I the valve gasket and trans pan is leaking fluid.
I don't know if that is the case because I don't see any leakage or stain in the drive way.
The car just turned over 100,00
