2001 Kia Sportage How do you get to the alternator belt on

I can't determine how to relieve tension on the a/c compressor in order to remove that belt.

How many belts are on the vehicle?

There were three belts, but it took some twisting and turning to get to the bad one.

Did you get them fixed? I asked because some of them only had one serp belt.
