2000 Kia Sportage 4 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic

I have a 2000 Kia Sportage- We took the air intake control valve off, cleaned it, now it is running poorly, worse now

Is the valve bad?- It is also popping the code P1115

check the wiring or/and replace the valve !!
