2000 Kia Sportage had a tune up done on car now what?

had spark plugs changed on car and now car wont accelerate and the car has also been runing hot and wont go pass 5mph while driving it has also been cutting off as well can someone please let me know what the problem is!

are they the proper spark plugs? and are they properly gapped, improper gapping = poor performance.

were the plug wires put back on in the proper order?
