just bought kia,otehr owner couldnt fix it. runs great at idel,when driving it boggs down real bad top speed 25, replaced fuel filter no change,replaced fuel tank cap made big diference, but it still has a boggyness to it. it isnt either cat.

If the cap made a big difference, have you checked the onway vent on the fuel tank? Also, has the check engine light come on? Have you checked fuel pump pressure?
